Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Forespeak mobile applications, website, and related services operated by Denys Petrov in Ukraine. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Forespeak.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. Forespeak is not directed to children. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

What Forespeak provides

Forespeak provides simulated conversation practice, AI-assisted roleplay, and educational feedback. The service is meant to help you prepare and reflect. It does not guarantee a particular real-world outcome and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, emergency, or crisis advice.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights in content you provide. You give Forespeak a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy and your settings. You must have the right to provide the content and should not include another person’s confidential or highly sensitive information.

Acceptable use

You may not use Forespeak to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade legal or safety controls;
• harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or harm another person;
• create sexual exploitation content or content involving the abuse of children;
• impersonate a real person deceptively or use their voice, likeness, or personal data without authority;
• introduce malware, probe security, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass access limits;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or
• use output as a substitute for qualified professional advice in a high-stakes setting.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple or Google. The price, billing period, trial if any, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. Unless you cancel before the store’s renewal deadline, the subscription renews automatically at the disclosed price.

Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules. Deleting your Forespeak account does not cancel the store subscription. For Apple users, Apple’s standard licensed application end-user license agreement also applies unless a valid custom agreement supersedes it.

Our service and intellectual property

Forespeak and its software, design, branding, scenarios, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not remove paid access arbitrarily and will honor rights required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that AI output will be correct. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using Forespeak at any time and may request account deletion at forespeak.ai/delete-account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. You may also use any court, regulator, or dispute-resolution process available to you under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Contact us at hello@forespeak.ai or through our Support page.
